TERMS OF SERVICE
Pictures.VG Image Hosting Service Terms of Service.
By using Pictures.VG Image Hosting service users agree to the following.
Users agree to use Pictures.vg Image Hosting service at their own risk. By using Pictures.vg user understands that the Pictures.vg Image Hosting service can be unavailable at any time. User also understands that the Pictures.vg Image Hosting Service does not come with any warranties or guarantees of any kind.
User agrees NOT to use SPAM EMAIL (unsolicited email) linking to or containing links with any images HOSTED on the Pictures.vg Image Hosting Service. Any user found using SPAM Email will have their accounts REMOVED WITHOUT NOTICE, and NO REFUND will be given.
User agrees NOT to post any images that might be considered offensive material or of an adult nature. This includes but is not limited to images including nudity, racism, hate, profanity, suggestive content, or images of a sexual nature. Users agrees that the images they post are not copyrighted by any third party, that the pictures they post are there own or the user has the legal right to use the photo. If a user is found posting copyrighted images that the user does NOT have the legal right to use the photo, the photo in question will be deleted without notice. Any user found posting copyrighted material of images that the user does not have the legal right to use the photo, the user's account may be subject to having their account deleted or closed without notice.
Users understand that the user is required to keep their own BACKUP copies of their images. Pictures.vg Image Hosting Service does NOT backup user's images. If images are lost for any reason, including but not limited to server malfunction, server script malfunction, server failure, or for any reason; User agrees that Pictures.VG Image Hosting service is NOT responsible for any damages including but not limited to loss of business profits, interruption of business, bid price, time lost, time loss of work, or any other incidental or consequential damages. User agrees that Pictures.vg Image Hosting service is NOT responsible even if problem was caused by Pictures.vg. If any time the Pictures.vg Images Hosting service is unavailable for any reason including but not limited to server malfunction, server downtime, script malfunction, or for ANY reason; users agrees that Pictures.vg Image Hosting service is NOT responsible for any damages that include but are not limited to loss of buiness profits, bid price, time lost, time lost from work, or any other incidental or consequential damages. If Pictures.vg Image Hosting Service is unavailable, then the user is only intitled to a refund of the amount of time service was unavailable up to but no more than last payment made by the user.
The Pictures.vg Image Hosting Service can be revoked/shutdown/closed at any time without notice. The Pictures.vg Image Hosting Service is provided "AS IS" with NO warranties or guarantees of any kind.
If the Pictures.vg Image Hosting Service is ever closed, revoked or shutdown; any PAID user's refund will only be limited to UPTO but NOT more than the PAID user's last payment. User understands that any money owed to PAID user will be limited to the User’s Last payment made. Pictures.vg can revoke membership for any reason including but not limited to adult content, spam, illegal use, offensive material, images containing racism/sexism/hate, or any offensive material. If any user posts adult content, offensive images, sends out spam email containing/linking to images posted at pictures.vg, account will be removed and NO refund will be issued.
Sending out SPAM/unsolicited emails containing our url is NOT permitted. Any user found sending out SPAM/unsolicited emails containing our url, Pictures.VG name, or any reference to Pictures.VG will be responsible for ALL fees that Pictures.VG incurres, including but not limited to Attorney fees, Admistrative Fees, Loss of Business Profits, Travel, Phone Fees, or any other fees incurred by Pictures.VG.
Users are NOT to post any photos containing illegal activities including but not limited to Illegal Drugs, Any sugestive/offensive images of any minor under the age of 18, any images of any minor engaged in Drinking Alcohol or Drug Use, or any other illegal images.
The State of New Mexico(USA) laws will govern this agreement.

When a user signs up with PICTURES.VG the users NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, are collected from the SIGN UP FORM.
This site uses the services for the serving and/or targeting of ads, promotions and other marketing messages. To do this, collects anonymous data typically through the use of cookies.
